Symphony Advertising is a Houston-based digital marketing agency helping local service businesses across the U.S. turn clicks into customers.

We specialize in Google Ads, Local SEO, Meta Ads, and Web Design, and we’re looking for a Local SEO Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of our clients’ SEO success.

This is a great fit if you have 2–4 years of Local SEO experience and want to join a small, fast-moving team where your work actually makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for executing the full SEO process for a group of local service clients — from setup to ongoing optimization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Optimize and build client websites in WordPress (Elementor experience preferred)
• Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
• Write meta titles, descriptions, and headings for service and location pages
• Create or optimize 4 pages per month per client
• Manage and update Google Business Profiles (categories, services, posts, etc.)
• Build and maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) citations
• Add and monitor tracking (Google Analytics, Search Console, CallRail)
• Collaborate with CSMs, web team, and tech support to ensure quality delivery
• Review performance reports and suggest adjustments to improve results

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan and track progress for 50–80 active SEO clients over time.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on Local SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Comfortable with WordPress + Elementor
• Strong understanding of on-page and local ranking factors
• Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple client accounts
• Clear communicator who can update internal teams confidently
• Bonus: Experience with citation tools, SurferSEO, or basic content writing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $48,000–$58,000/year (based on experience)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
