Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing GBP listings for our US-based clients, helping them rank prominently in local search results and Google Maps. This is a specialist role and only candidates with real, proven experience in GBP optimization will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, claim, and fully optimize Google Business Profile listings for US-based clients
• Conduct audits of existing GBP profiles and identify areas for improvement
• Write and optimize business descriptions, services, categories, and attributes
• Upload high-quality photos, videos, and posts regularly to keep profiles active and engaging
• Manage and respond to customer reviews professionally to boost credibility and rankings
• Build and execute a consistent Google Posts strategy including offers, updates, and events
• Monitor GBP insights and analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Identify and resolve GBP issues such as suspensions, duplicate listings, and incorrect information
• Perform local citation building and NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency checks
• Stay up to date with Google's local search algorithm updates and GBP policy changes
• Coordinate with clients or account managers to report progress and results

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Business Profile optimization is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Local SEO principles and Google Maps ranking factors
• Experience handling GBP suspensions, reinstatements, and policy compliance
• Familiarity with local citation tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, or Moz Local is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple client profiles simultaneously with attention to detail
• Strong written English skills for crafting optimized business descriptions and posts
• Ability to analyze GBP insights and translate data into actionable strategies
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working with US-based clients is preferred

Shift Details

Shift hours are 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This is a evening shift role based at our Davis Road, Lahore office.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
