Location Research & Data Analyst - (FMCG Supermarket Divison)

Job Summary:

We are on a seek out for a highly skilled & experienced Research, Data and Finance Analyst for supermarket extension specalized in market terminology, analyser to expand and lead our operations and business development across UAE.

Job Role

The ideal candidate should have versatlie knowledge in market research, location feasibility, data analysis, Budgeting and expansion strategy for all new supermarket outlets across UAE and the ability to drive multiple supermarket outlets.Evaluate and shortlist potential store locations using data-driven and ground-level research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct footfall studies (weekday/weekend)
  • Map residential density (families, labor, bachelors)
  • Analyze access, visibility, parking, road connectivity
  • Evaluate rental vs revenue potential
  • Prepare Location Feasibility Report
  • Deliverables
  • Catchment maps (1km / 3km radius)
  • Sales forecast per location
  • Go / No-Go recommendation
  • Competior insights
  • Data Analysation
  • Manage Financial budgeting and reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of similar experience in similar FMCG - Supermarket industry across UAE in retail location selection is mandatory.
  • Field research and reporting skills.
  • Market Stragey and Analysation.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE location across all Emirates is mandatory.
