Locker & Mobility Operations Supervisor – Six Flags and Aquarabia, Qiddiya City

Full-time position - 48 hours per week, 6 days per week (Accommodation and transport to be provided in addition to the salary)

Must be able to work outside regular working hours, i.e. weekends, evenings and public holidays when scheduled.

Salary plus housing and transport allowance.

BASIC FUNCTION

Due to the specific operational and privacy requirements of the role, this position is designated for female candidates.

We are looking for a confident and organised Female Supervisor to join our team in a leading theme park in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, supporting guests, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and guiding the team to deliver excellent guest service, while overseeing the daily operation of locker and mobility services. You will help create a positive team culture, support colleagues with more complex operational issues, and ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily locker and mobility operations at the retail location.
  • Assist guests with locker rentals, locker operation, and answering questions, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Troubleshoot locker or mobility device issues and support the team with more complex operational challenges.
  • Manage and resolve guest, client, or employee concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Build honest, respectful two-way relationships with the team, encouraging open communication and providing feedback when required.
  • Develop professional working relationships with park officials, managers, and business partners.
  • Provide operational support and cover during the absence of the General Manager when required.
  • Produce a range of reports including finance, employee information, operational results, and incident reports.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational decisions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Theme park or leisure operations experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs.

EDUCATION

General education certificate or diploma

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Valid and transferrable Iqama
  • Valid Drivers license advantageous

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Good level of spoken Arabic and English.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Physically able to:
  • Lift up to 12kg to waist height
  • Walk, stand, bend and stoop for extended periods
  • Good eyesight and hand coordination to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.

WORKING PATTERN

  • 48 hours per week, 6 days per week
  • Weekend, evening and public holiday working required
