Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Locksmith Assistant & Dispatch position located in Covington, GA. The role involves supporting the locksmiths with day-to-day tasks, which include assisting with lock and key repairs, job set-up, and key cutting/generation. The position also includes managing the dispatch operations to coordinate service calls efficiently and provide excellent customer support. Additional responsibilities will involve cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring tools and equipment are in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of locks, keys, and door mechanisms or the ability to learn quickly
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for dispatch operations
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic tools and willingness to work hands-on
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to handle a dynamic schedule and adapt to customer needs
• Experience in locksmithing, dispatch, or a related field is a plus
• A full background check and drug screen are required

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
