Location : Bangalore Preferred / Open for Other Tech M Locations as well

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide AMS support for SAP and Loftware integration , including incident resolution and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Loftware Enterprise Labelling integrated with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to label printing and SAP output management.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement labeling solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global labeling standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and deliver end-user training for labeling workflows.
• Work within SLA timelines for ticket resolution and system support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and printing architecture (SmartForms, SAPscript, Output Management).
• Hands-on experience with Loftware Enterprise Labelling or similar labeling solutions.
• Knowledge of barcode standards, serialization, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in AMS support projects, including incident and change management.
• Ability to integrate SAP with external systems for real-time label printing.
