Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator with a strong background in hospitality to manage and execute corporate and social events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational excellence, and a customer-first mindset to deliver seamless experiences from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events including conferences, corporate functions, club events, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements, budgets, and objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in event logistics such as venue setup, catering, décor, audio-visual arrangements, and transportation.
  • Responsible for the Artist Management if the event is Concert.
  • Maintain high service standards in line with the hospitality values
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, PR, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in event planning.

Proven track record of managing large-scale or high-profile events.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
