The Operations & Logistics Executive supports daily operations and logistics activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in operations, supply chain, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and fulfillment.
  • Monitor workflows and help resolve basic operational issues.

Logistics & Supply Chain Support

  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and vendors.
  • Maintain logistics records, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.

Inventory & Warehouse Assistance

  • Support inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse records and stock movement logs.
  • Help identify shortages, excess stock, or damaged goods.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain operational and logistics reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
  • Update ERP/Excel systems with daily operational data.

Process Improvement & Coordination

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Coordinate with finance, sales, and customer service teams as required.

Qualifications/ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of operations and logistics concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to learn ERP / inventory management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
