Logistic Executive

The Logistic Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including inventory control, transportation, warehouse coordination, and distribution planning. The role also requires effective manpower handling and strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations

• Plan and coordinate transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and dispatch reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.

Manpower Handling

• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, helpers, and coordinators.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift planning.
• Handle attendance, discipline, and performance evaluation.
• Train and guide team members on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Resolve team-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Reporting & Data Management (Advanced Excel)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain inventory and dispatch tracking sheets.
• Use Advanced Excel tools such as:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• IF & Nested Formulas
• Data Validation
• Conditional Formatting
• Basic Macros (preferred)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in manpower handling and team supervision.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
