Job Posting: Logistic Supervisor (High-Rise Building)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage proper disposal of wastage as per Municipality guidance
• Arrange lifting plan for all lifting work
• Handling of site Plant and Equipment operations.
• Manage material loading and offloading arrangements
• Monitor and maintain safe access and egress points at site
• Update of daily, weekly and monthly time sheets.
• Prepare and submit logistics reports to the project manager
• Handling of daily plant and equipment checklists.
• Manage safe storage of material
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for warehousing and safety protocols.
• Organize and manage inventory, storage and transportation
• Ensure logistics operations adhere to legal, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
