The Logistics Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales of logistics and transportation solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation services.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
-Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development presentations for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote company services.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts specifically in GCC.
- Previous experience of managing sales team (
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of global logistics operations, INCOTERMS, and transportation modes. •
-Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- UAE Driving License
