We are currently seeking a person who identifies strongly with our mission and core values to join our team in San Diego as a Logistic Fulfillment Specialist. This is an ideal role for someone who has 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience, shipping and receiving experience, a high attention to detail and strong administrative skills.




Purpose:

The Logistic Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This position is responsible for building pallets for outbound shipments, receiving and verifying incoming products using a Point of Sale (POS) system, tracking deliveries, and obtaining proof of delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment & Pallet Building.
  • Assemble and prepare pallets for customer orders ensuring accuracy and stability.
  • Pack and label shipments according to delivery requirements.
  • Receiving & Inventory Management.
  • Receive incoming merchandise, verify quantities and condition, and record in POS system.
  • Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
  • Break down bulk shipments into sellable units and assign barcodes.
  • Delivery & Tracking.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Track local and drop shipped orders to customers when required and obtain proof of delivery.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems.
  • Equipment Operation & Maintenance.
  • Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • General Warehouse Support.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas.
  • Assist with inventorying stocked products and customer service.
  • Support facility maintenance and other operational tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
  • Forklift certification preferred; must be capable of operating electric pallet jacks.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; insurable under company policy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work schedule as assigned.
