Logistic Pricing Specialists

• Quotation & Pricing:
• Prepare and issue competitive pricing for logistics services including air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), land transport, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Respond to pricing requests from the sales and operations teams promptly and accurately.
• Develop customized pricing solutions for tenders, RFQs, and spot rate inquiries.
• Vendor & Carrier Coordination:
• Liaise and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents to secure best possible rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and service providers to ensure pricing competitiveness.
• Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Monitor and analyze freight market trends, carrier surcharges, and competitor pricing strategies.
• Suggest pricing strategies and margin structures to maximize profitability.
• Documentation & System Management:
• Ensure accurate input of pricing data into internal systems and CRM tools.
• Keep updated records of rate sheets, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Cross-Functional Support:
• Support the sales team in client meetings by providing pricing insights and solutions.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover from quote to execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pricing.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), freight documentation, and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics pricing platforms.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
