Logistics Pricing & Customer Care Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Quotations
  • Prepare competitive freight quotations for air, sea, and surface shipments.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters for best rates.
  • Ensure accurate costing, tariff application, and margin calculations.
  • Maintain rate sheets and update pricing database regularly.
  • Customer Care & Coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, shipments, and service updates.
  • Manage customer communications, resolve complaints, and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, AWB, invoices, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company and international shipping standards.
  • Maintain records of quotations, customer interactions, and service reports.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management on pricing trends and customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in logistics pricing / customer service.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding (air/sea/land), Incoterms, and logistics processes.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and logistics ERP/CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
