Logistic Pricing Specialists

Experience required : 1 - 4 years in Logistics Pricing

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare, review, and update pricing quotations for freight and logistics services (air, sea, and land).
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate rate submissions.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and transport vendors to obtain the best possible rates.
• Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, and vendor pricing databases regularly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic pricing decisions.
• Ensure that all quotations comply with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries related to pricing and service details.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and profitability summaries for management review.
• Monitor validity of rates and renew contracts with vendors before expiry.
• Support the finance team in verifying vendor invoices and ensuring rate accuracy.
• Coordinate with documentation and operations teams to ensure smooth job execution after rate confirmation.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and commercial information.
• Assist in developing pricing tools and templates for faster quote turnaround.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
