Responsibilities:
- Oversee life cycle Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for naval ship programs
- Document and validate configuration and logistics changes throughout the ship’s life cycle
- Review and complete Ship Configuration Document (SCD) ILS Certifications
- Ensure logistics elements are available and aligned with required milestone schedules
- Support the Carrier Availability Logistics Integration Coordinator (CALICo) with ILS Certifications and Risk Assessments
- Monitor performance and capabilities of the Logistics Product Delivery System (LPDS)
- Draft, develop, and review logistics documentation; prepare proposed responses for review
- Conduct analysis across logistics, supply chain, and administrative functions
- Coordinate inventory of Operating Space Items (OSI) stored in the SCOOP warehouse
- Provide inventory results for integration into the Real-time Outfitting Management Information System (ROMIS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or 20 years of specialized experience in lieu of degree
- 15 years’ experience in integrated logistics
- Active Secret Level Security Clearance
- Proficient in the Naval Logistics System, including identification of material and logistics requirements for ship alterations and repairs
- Experienced with Navy Planned Maintenance System (PMS) policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable in Shipboard Instrumentation and Systems Calibration (SISCAL) standards and practices
- Skilled in executing and supporting the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Certification process
- Familiar with Navy supply and procurement systems, including requisitioning and purchasing procedures for ship maintenance and modernization
Desired, but not required:
- Master’s degree in business or technical field
Ability to Work Remotely: Positions are not available for full-time remote work. Work can be either full-time onsite at the Hampton Roads, Virginia Area or a combination of remote and onsite (hybrid). Persons accepting hybrid positions typically support onsite work 2 to 3 days/week. In addition, persons accepting hybrid positions must agree to being onsite on-demand to support any ad-hoc customer needs.
Work Schedules: GreenXT supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
