Job Description

Contribute to the execution of the full procurement cycle, from receiving purchase requests to issuing purchase orders, through conducting market research, requesting quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and updating the supplier database, ensuring that all processes comply with procurement policies and federal regulations while maximizing value for money.

• Assume the responsibilities assigned to the role in line with the governance framework, approved policies, and procedures at both the department and ministry levels.
• Ensure compliance with the Risk Department’s guidelines and the ministry’s institutional excellence requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation of required reports in accordance with ministry requirements, as well as external reports when needed.
