Procurement Executive – Medical Equipment

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive with a strong background in the medical equipment and disposables sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of procurement experience in the UAE market, hold a valid UAE driving license, and own a car. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure medical equipment, consumables, and disposables from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve the best value.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and reliability.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier databases and product catalogs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company procurement policies.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to align procurement with market demand.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Manage import/export documentation when sourcing from overseas.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the UAE medical equipment sector
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• License: Valid UAE driving license
• Vehicle: Must own a car
• Strong knowledge of medical products, suppliers, and market trends in the UAE
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement projects

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
