Logistics Account Executive

§ Develop and maintain strong relationship with the key client, serving as main point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and feedback.

§ Prepare quotations following inquiry selection on timely manner to ensure client receives suggested prices with no delay

§ Fill and send Order confirmation to the operations team for the order to proceed with production.

§ Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, and to address any potential issues or delays.

§ Proactively communicate with the client to provide updates on order status, resolve any concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

§ Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and executed in a timely manner.

§ Prepare weekly shipping sheet to reflect orders confirmed

§ Confirm details of clients (address for delivery, pallets, etc..)

§ Request for rates from approved forwarders prior 2 weeks of cargo readiness and follow up closely to receive rates the soonest possible

§ Negotiate suitable rates for best price and delivery to select the suitable forwarder.

§ Follow up closely with operations coordinator to ensure booking and packing details along with documentations to ensure they are handled on time.

§ Continuous follow up on the production process to ensure on-time delivery or to handle problems as they arise and inform the client accordingly

§ Confirm invoices from finance to be sent to client.

§ Follow up on collection to ensure receivables are collected on time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
