logistics administrative coordinator

* Maintaining the record of all the company documents & file Such as (VAT, PO, Quotation,.... )

* Prepare shipping documents like proforma invoice, invoice, packing list, delivery note ect., as per customs rules & regulations for the export shipments.

* Co-ordinating with freight forwarders on all import, export & cross trade shipments

* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access,etc.,

* Placing orders of different products with different suppliers & request for the order confirmations.

* Responsible for GCC visa processing.

* Managed a wide range of administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and

correspondence handling.

* Coordinated international shipping operations, ensuring the smooth import and export of

goods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
