Logistics Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate daily order dispatch, courier interactions, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery for our e-commerce business. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in handling shipments, and the ability to resolve delivery issues efficiently.

· Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily confirmed orders from the sales team and prepare for courier dispatch.

• Coordinate with third-party courier partners for pickups, tracking, and timely delivery.

• Monitor delivery statuses and update systems with real-time shipment tracking.

• Handle RTOs (Return to Origin), failed deliveries, and ensure timely re-dispatch where required.

• Maintain proper documentation of shipments, invoices, and PODs (Proof of Delivery).

• Ensure compliance with packaging standards and accurate order labelling.

• Communicate with customers and the CS team in case of delivery issues or delays.

• Regularly review courier performance (delivery rates, timelines, costs) and suggest improvements.

• Work closely with Accounts to reconcile COD (Cash on Delivery) settlements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispatch/warehouse area.

· Required Skills & Qualifications:

o Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations (preferably e-commerce).

o Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

o Familiarity with courier portals, shipment tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.

o Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is an advantage).

o Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

o Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
