Logistics Administrator

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator – Logistics to support day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support logistics activities and daily operations. • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and records. • Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist in audits. • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries. • Manage filing systems, purchase orders, and contract documentation. • Process monthly work confirmations via ERP.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in logistics or administrative support. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems. Skills: • Strong organizational and communication skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Team-oriented with excellent coordination skills.
