We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Clerk to join our dynamic team. Whether you're just starting your career or bring prior experience, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics and supply chain domain. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and records
  • Communicate with vendors, transport companies, and internal teams
  • Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
  • Support warehouse and procurement teams with logistics tasks
  • Resolve discrepancies and report issues to supervisors

Qualifications

For Freshers:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

For Experienced Candidates:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
