Job Description

The position holder supports the coordination and execution of logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments. The role works closely with Logistics Specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective transportation of materials and equipment.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the coordination of domestic and international logistics movements.
  • Assisting in validating transport requests and delivery dates to support on-time delivery.
  • Helping prepare load plans in line with planning procedures to optimize equipment utilization.
  • Supporting shipment planning, including routing and consolidation opportunities.
  • Monitoring shipment movements and providing updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in managing deviations and communicating with logistics suppliers when required.
  • Supporting the coordination of weekly schedules and transportation plans.
  • Assisting in issuing work orders and ensuring necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Maintaining accurate logistics documentation and ensuring proper system records.
  • Supporting compliance with international transport regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting in tracking logistics performance and reporting deviations.
  • Supporting communication with Import/Export teams.
  • Contributing to data entry and tracking of shipment milestones in business systems.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related functions (internship experience is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes and supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Advanced fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
