Logistics Associate

We are looking Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding failed delivery attempts, gathering necessary information for reattempts, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, basic Excel proficiency, and a customer-focused approach.

• Prior experience in customer calling or logistics coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional language is a bonus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Willingness to work from the office.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Logistics

Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English

Working hours:

10am to 7pm IST - Monday through Sunday - 6 days a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
