Logistics Back-End Executive (Import-Export)

We are looking for a qualified Logistics Back-End Executive (Import-Export) to join our team. You will provide support to the Purchase & Logistics Department teams and will be responsible to provide support for all the Supply Chain & Logistics Procedures/activities.

Number of Positions: 01 only required.

Experience: Freshers, 06 months - 1 year.

Salary Range: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month (In-Hand Salary); CTC Range: Rs.2,22,816/- to Rs.3,00,348/- per annum (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience).

Educational Qualification: BBA(IB), BBM, B. Com, B.A (Arts) etc. Any Degree (Excluding IT and Science streams).

Desirable Skills:

• Fluent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
• Good documentation and file maintaining skills.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS and International Shipping documentation.
• Should be well-versed with Excel/Advance Excel skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Supporting Purchase and Logistical Operations.

2) Communicating with the Purchase/Logistics teams and Vendors.

3) Coordinating and Monitoring of Shipments.

4) Preparing, Submitting & Maintaining the Shipping Documentations.

5) Tracking of Shipments.

6) Communicating with Forwarders & Courier Companies.

7) Preparing & presenting the Logistics reports.

8) Any other responsibilities that this job may require from time to time.
