Logistics Business Development Partner Commission Based

Overview

We operate a ready-to-deploy last-mile delivery fleet (vans + drivers) and are looking to partner with well-connected logistics professionals who can bring shipment volume through existing networks.

  • This is a performance-based partnership, not a fixed-salary role-designed for individuals with direct or indirect access to delivery contracts, e-commerce sellers, or logistics operators.
What You'll Do
  • Source and introduce delivery volume (B2C, B2B, C2C)
  • Leverage your network within logistics or e-commerce
  • Support onboarding of new shipment flows
Who This Is For
  • Professionals with experience at logistics companies (e.g., Aramex, DHL, FedEx)
  • Dispatchers, supervisors, or operations staff with industry connections
  • Individuals with access to decision-makers or shipment volume (directly or via introductions)
Compensation
  • Commission per shipment ( 0.5 - 1 SAR per shipment depending on volume)
  • Uncapped earnings (scales with volume)
  • Performance bonuses for consistent monthly volume
Example

10,000 shipments/month results in 5,000-10,000 SAR

Requirements
  • Access to logistics or e-commerce networks
  • Ability to generate or introduce shipment volume within 30-60 days
  • Strong communication and execution ability
Important

This is a commission-only, performance-based role.

Best suited for individuals who already have industry access or can confidently source opportunities.
