Role Descriptions.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary/Procurement assistant.

  • Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and hard copy) in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams’ contractors, clients, to align project goals and resolve issues.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project-related documents, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Providing support to managers and executives, preparing quotations, LPO's
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (letters, emails, memos) efficiently and professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries complaints, providing excellent service to clients
  • Support Sales team, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and company reports
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary in the construction industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management or document control tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
