Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily logistics operations, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle day-to-day logistics operations and documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor negotiations and follow-ups.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks within the logistics department.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and vendor contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistics issues.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, admin operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
