Logistics Coordinator

Operations & Logistics Coordinator :

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage our end-to-end supply chain. This role is critical for ensuring seamless material flow, from inbound to last-mile delivery, with a strong emphasis on vendor management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all inward and outward logistics, coordinating material flow and delivery schedules with vendors and partners.
• Negotiate and finalize rates and terms with transport companies (e.g., Inland, Delhivery) and third-party logistics providers.
• Oversee first-mile and hyperlocal deliveries, effectively utilizing apps like Porter, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for daily reporting and order updates, assisting in relevant report creation.
• Ensure smooth operational tasks, liaising with internal teams for documentation, stock updates, and proactively escalating issues.
• End-to-end inventory management and stock replenishment responsibility.
• Guide and oversee the work of blue-collar staff to meet operational objectives.
• Lead a team of store helpers and packers for smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in operations/logistics, preferably in dry fruits, FMCG, or trading.
• Proven expertise in vendor coordination and rate negotiation with transport companies.
• Demonstrated experience with first-mile and hyperlocal deliveries, including proficiency with relevant delivery apps (e.g., Porter, Shiprocket).
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with various operational and delivery software.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills (Hindi, English, Bengali preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
