Logistics Coordinator

Job responsibilities for a Logistics Manager:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations.

• Develop efficient strategies for warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and transport providers.

• Ensure cost-effective, timely, and safe delivery of goods.

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage stock levels, demand forecasting, and order processing.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to meet business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.

• Implement logistics technology, tracking systems, and process automation.

• Lead, train, and supervise logistics staff and teams.

• Prepare regular reports on costs, performance, and logistics activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics: 2 years (Required)
