Shipment Coordination:


• Plan, schedule, and track shipments (inbound & outbound).

• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

• Monitor Stock levels and assist with restocking.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork).

• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

• Vendor & Customer Communication as required.

• Act as a liaison between suppliers, transport companies, and customers.

• Resolve delays, damages, or other logistical issues.

• Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.

• Provide regular reports to Logistic Mis management on logistics KPIs.
