Logistics Coordinator

• Shipment Coordination: Plan, schedule, and monitor domestic and international shipments.
• Carrier & Vendor Management: Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, etc.).
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain stock accuracy.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipments in transit, resolve delivery issues or delays, and update stakeholders.
• Cost Control: Compare shipping rates, negotiate contracts, and optimize routes to reduce logistics costs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, customs, and transportation regulations.
