About the Role

AIT Group USA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations across inventory, receiving, and shipping.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role that works both in the office and on the production floor. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Process goods receipts and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outbound shipments
Assist warehouse operations with material handling and organization
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain clean and organized work areas in line with 5S standards

Qualifications

2+ years experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environment
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working both at a desk and on the shop floor
Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, reporting)
Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Starting pay $18/hr with performance-based review after 90 days
