Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods and ensure efficient delivery operations. This role coordinates shipments, monitors inventory, and works closely with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
  • Schedule deliveries and arrange transportation with carriers and logistics partners
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and reports
  • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
  • Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support warehouse and distribution operations when needed
  • Analyze logistics performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or coordination roles
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and transportation methods
  • Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or tracking tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR19,000.00 per month
