Work Schedule

• Full-time role
• 5–6 days per week (depending on operations)
• Standard business hours with occasional flexibility during peak shipments

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination
• Track shipments and update clients on delivery status
• Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, customs forms)
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and issues quickly
• Maintain accurate logistics records and databases
• Optimize routes and delivery timelines to reduce costs
