Job Overview:
TLH Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the efficient movement of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Plan and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes
• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and customers
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities
• Support supply chain optimization and cost-reduction initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance processes
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
