Based in our modern office near the heart of Ar Rayyan’s commercial district, you will be the tactical expert ensuring that every shipment—whether local or international—reaches its destination with maximum efficiency and zero friction.

The Mission: Precision in Motion

• End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the complete lifecycle of shipments, from initial booking and documentation to final last-mile delivery.
• Carrier & Vendor Management: Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and local transport providers to secure the best rates and service levels.
• Customs Mastery: Navigate Qatar’s customs regulations (Bayan system) to ensure all imports and exports are compliant and cleared without delay.
• Inventory & Warehouse Sync: Coordinate with our storage facilities to align stock levels with incoming and outgoing transit schedules.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor global transit trends and local traffic patterns to redirect assets and bypass bottlenecks before they occur.

What You Bring to the Team

• Logistics Pedigree: 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or supply chain management, specifically within the Qatar market.
• Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of Hamad Port, Doha Port, and Air Cargo operations.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant advantage when coordinating with our diverse fleet and local authorities.
• Digital Fluency: Mastery of Logistics Management Systems (LMS), ERPs (like SAP or Oracle), and advanced Excel for data tracking.
• The Al Gharrafa Advantage: Residing in or near the Ar Rayyan/Al Gharrafa area is preferred for seamless office integration.
