Logistics Coordinator (Saudi Nationality)

About the Company:

The MEMF Co. is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipping and clearance processes.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
• Work closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics with operational needs.
• Manage transportation arrangements for domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor stock levels in warehouses and coordinate with inventory controllers to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Update and maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Negotiate with logistics providers to optimize cost and service levels.
• Generate regular reports on logistics performance, delivery timelines, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Solid knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and incoterms.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
