Logistics cum Accounting Assistant

The Logistics cum Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support in both logistics coordination and basic accounting operations. This role ensures smooth handling of shipment processes, inventory documentation, and accurate recording of financial transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking across administrative, logistics, and finance functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of UAE experience in logistics, accounting, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel .
• Knowledge of logistics procedures, import/export documentation.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a trading, distribution, or logistics company.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT filing and documentation (for UAE-based companies).
• With valid UAE driving License
