Logistics Cum Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, delivery status, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation.

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Assist with audit and tax compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
