QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Logistics Customer Service Leader" with the following characteristics to be employed in one of our Group companies in Bursa;


  • University bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Business Management, Supply Management, Engineering, or Logistics),
  • SAP MM/MRP knowledge and experience as a key user is a plus,
  • Min. 5 years of job experience in automotive,
  • Experience in material procurement, order management, and inventory management,
  • General knowledge of logistics processes through the end-to-end supply chain,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills,
  • Ability to anticipate & prioritize,
  • Open-minded,
  • Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily & work under pressure,
  • Autonomous, rigorous, intercultural skills.



JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Manage and monitor global logistics KPIs, ensuring corrective actions are implemented across plants,
  • Ensure data accuracy and parameter control in SAP MM/MRP, drive process improvements and support roll-out projects,
  • Oversee demand management by integrating and validating customer schedules (EDI, webEDI, etc.) and ensuring the feasibility of production and delivery plans,
  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, production, shipping) to meet customer service levels, optimize inventory, and maintain safety stock levels,
  • Manage logistics cooperation with external partners, packaging flows, and customs requirements when needed,
  • Lead deployment of new logistics projects, tools, and methods while supporting continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams, proactively resolving issues, prioritizing in crisis situations, and maintaining high service rates,
  • Develop action plans to improve logistics performance and ensure business continuity by training and preparing backups.
