Logistics Director

Mission at Warehouse 78:

Courier Holdings Logistics is appointing a Logistics Director to take full command of our distribution hub in Doha’s Industrial Area. Operating from Street 34, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our fleet management, last-mile delivery networks, and large-scale warehousing operations. This is a high-pressure role requiring an expert who can optimize supply chain lead times and manage a workforce of over 200 personnel. Your goal is to ensure that Courier Holdings remains the most reliable logistics provider in the Qatar market by implementing lean operational processes and advanced tracking technologies.

The Expertise We Require:

We are looking for a veteran logistics leader with at least 12 years of experience in freight forwarding, courier services, or third-party logistics (3PL). A degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering is expected, alongside a proven ability to manage multi-million QAR operational budgets. You must have extensive knowledge of Qatar’s customs regulations and industrial safety standards. We need a director who is comfortable being "on the floor" at Warehouse 78 while also presenting strategic growth plans to our board.

The Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: QAR 32,000.
• Essential: Full QID and NOC for a local transfer.
