Job Title: Logistics Director – Supply Chain & Industrial Projects (Heavy Lifting & Project Services)

SLP Industrial Lifting & Project Services LLC is seeking a Logistics Director to lead end-to-end logistics, supply chain coordination, heavy equipment movement, and project cargo operations in Doha. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will directly influence operational efficiency, project success, and customer satisfaction across complex industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations for industrial and project cargo
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate heavy lifting operations, equipment mobilization, and oversized cargo movements
• Manage third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport contractors
• Ensure compliance with local Qatar regulations and international shipping standards
• Optimize warehouse, storage, and distribution processes
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and operations teams
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project cargo operations
• 3–5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
• Strong background in industrial logistics, heavy lifting, or project-based transport
• Experience in GCC or Middle East logistics environment preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive logistics operations
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
