Office Hours: Rotational Shifts (2:00AM - 10:00AM (WFH), 9:30AM - 6:30PM & 6:00PM - 2:00AM)

Location: PECHS Block 6 Near Delhi Sweet Shahrah e Faisal Karachi

Salary: Rs. 60,000 to 80,000 (Depend on the profile)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team. This full-time onsite role involves coordinating and scheduling truck drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal departments to maintain efficient transportation operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
• Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Proactively resolve any issues or delays to ensure timely service
• Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching (preferred)
• Proficient in dispatching software and related tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a customer service mindset
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
