Logistics Dispatcher

About The Role

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will be responsible for supporting the Logistics and Transportation team with their day to day responsibilities ranging from creating routes to answering inquiries on our customer service platforms. This position has flexibility into other tasks within the transportation team and could eventually lead to a dispatch administrator role based on experience and skillset.

What You Get To Do Everyday

  • Management of our customer service platforms

  • Handling daily Curbside Inquiries

  • Updating and maintaining routes built in other markets

  • Input daily route for all markets into TRR performance tracking system

  • Maintain the fleet database with accurate and detailed information.

  • Be the frontline to all curbside issues

  • Cover markets when main dispatchers are out

  • Take on all routing duties for Saturday routes

  • Other responsibilities as designated by the Dispatcher Supervisor

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a office setting

  • Experience with a dispatch management system is a plus.

  • Comfortable collaborating with co-workers.

  • Fluency with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, databases, etc.)

  • Accuracy and attention to detail are important

  • Must be punctual and available to work overtime as needed

The expected hourly rate for this role is $23-$23. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
