We are hiring an Experienced U.S. Freight Dispatcher to handle American trucking operations, manage drivers across multiple lanes, and generate revenue through strategic load booking and rate negotiation.

Compensation StructureFixed Salary

• PKR 70,000 per month
• Up to PKR 80,000 (based on experience & performance)

Team-Based Monthly Commission (Per Dispatcher)

• USD 4,000 revenue → PKR 70,000 commission
• USD 5,000 revenue → PKR 90,000 commission
• USD 6,000 revenue → PKR 110,000 commission

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage U.S.-based truck drivers across assigned lanes
• Book profitable loads using DAT Load Board & Truckstop
• Negotiate strong freight rates with brokers
• Monitor routes, ETAs, detention, layovers, and compliance
• Maintain accurate rate confirmations and dispatch documentation
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue KPIs

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8 months verified U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Strong command of DAT & Truckstop load boards
• Proven rate negotiation skills with brokers
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working U.S. night shift
• Available for on-site work in Gulberg III, Lahore
