Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete documentation for import & export shipments (Air / Sea / Road).
- Prepare, verify, and process documents such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Packing List, Invoice, COO, LC documents, E-way bills etc.
- Ensure timely filing of customs documentation and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines for smooth cargo movement.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation and regulatory filings.
- Resolve documentation-related discrepancies with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor and update shipment status in ERP/Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Assist in audit and compliance checks related to logistics and customs documentation.
- Ensure adherence to incoterms, international trade laws, and export-import policies.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of logistics documentation processes (Export/Import).
- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, EXIM policies, and international shipping terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- Certification in Export-Import Management / Logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
