Logistics Documentation Executive

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete documentation for import & export shipments (Air / Sea / Road).
  • Prepare, verify, and process documents such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Packing List, Invoice, COO, LC documents, E-way bills etc.
  • Ensure timely filing of customs documentation and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines for smooth cargo movement.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment documentation and regulatory filings.
  • Resolve documentation-related discrepancies with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor and update shipment status in ERP/Excel for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Assist in audit and compliance checks related to logistics and customs documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to incoterms, international trade laws, and export-import policies.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics documentation processes (Export/Import).
  • Familiarity with customs clearance procedures, EXIM policies, and international shipping terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Export-Import Management / Logistics (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
