Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating transportation and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain records of shipments, stock movements, and related documents.
• Track shipments and update relevant teams about delivery status.
• Support in vendor communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare basic reports (delivery schedules, stock status, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Work closely with the logistics team to learn and support ongoing operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates (0–1 year of experience) are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn logistics processes and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
