Logistics Executive

We are a leading garment export house based in Noida Sector 63, catering to top international fashion brands. Our focus is on high-quality production, timely deliveries, and sustainable business practices. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Executive to manage and streamline our export logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, and other export formalities.
• Coordination with Forwarders: Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth dispatch and timely delivery of shipments.
• Customs & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all customs, DGFT, and export compliance regulations.
• Shipment Planning: Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to plan shipments according to buyer schedules.
• Tracking & Reporting: Track shipments and maintain accurate records of dispatches, tracking updates, and delivery confirmations.
• Vendor & Buyer Communication: Communicate with buyers’ logistics departments for shipping approvals, booking details, and documentation.
• Inventory & Warehouse Support: Support in warehouse dispatch planning, material handling, and goods flow management.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain MIS reports for all shipments, costs, and export data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics/export operations within a garment or apparel export house.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, freight coordination, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
